The Private Residences

Each of the three villas which make up The Private Residences at Grace Bay Club are stunning examples of contemporary beachfront property.

They feature detailed finishes by renowned interior designer, Thom Filicia, including vintage-chic furnishings and high-end fixtures and fittings.

The Private Residences each have five bedroom suites, providing luxury accommodation for ten-guest parties.

The Private Residences have soaring 18-foot-high vaulted ceilings which capture the fresh sea breezes. The floor plans expand over 6,500 square feet, providing ample room for all of the members of the group to relax.

The Private Residences enjoy lovely oceanfront terraces which are dressed for lounging and dining. The terraces also have infinity-edge swimming pools and hot tubs.

The outdoor living areas include eight-seat al-fresco dining tables and lounge areas with fire pits. Guests are literally steps to a near-private section of this paradise beach…
